The Magny-Cours Racing Cup 2026: where two worlds meet

From July 3 to 5, 2026, the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours will host the Magny-Cours Racing Cup, a spectacular event where the extremes of motorsport will come together on the same track.

On one side, the raw power, impressive size and intensity of the FFSA French Truck Racing Championship. On the other, the speed, precision and unique sounds of the BOSS GP Racing Series single-seaters, including Formula 1 cars and vehicles from the highest levels of motorsport.

Between strength and finesse, extraordinary machines and legendary cars, the Magny-Cours Racing Cup promises an exceptional weekend for both enthusiasts and the general public.

On an iconic circuit that has hosted the Formula 1 French Grand Prix many times, the 2026 edition will bring together racing, entertainment, a professional exhibition area, decorated trucks and privileged behind-the-scenes access to motorsport.

The FFSA French Truck Racing Championship at the heart of the show

On July 4 and 5, the FFSA French Truck Racing Championship will continue its 2026 season at Magny-Cours for its fourth round. After the first three events of the season, this stage could already prove important in the title race before the summer break.

With 27 trucks and 29 drivers entered, every point will count on the Nièvre track. Known for its technical layout and overtaking opportunities, the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours will provide an ideal setting for intense, spectacular and highly competitive races.

Spectators will also be able to experience the event up close thanks to the Grid Walks, special moments allowing them to get close to the trucks, drivers and teams before the start of the races.

BOSS GP Racing Series: 2000s F1 cars on track

Another highlight of the weekend, the BOSS GP Racing Series will bring some of the most impressive single-seaters ever built roaring back to Magny-Cours.

Formula 1, GP2, World Series V8, A1 GP, Auto GP, IndyCars and exceptional prototypes: for more than 30 years, BOSS GP has thrilled motorsport fans across Europe by offering a unique experience — seeing cars designed for the highest levels of motorsport back on track.

With extreme speed and spectacular sound, the 2000s F1 cars will be one of the major attractions of the Magny-Cours Racing Cup 2026.

Prototypes, sports saloons and historic GTs on the programme

The Magny-Cours Racing Cup 2026 will also showcase several complementary grids, designed to appeal to fans of historic racing as well as enthusiasts of modern race cars.

The Trophée Protos de France will bring together lightweight, agile prototypes built for the track. This race will count as an important round of the season. Classic barquettes, Sport 2000 cars and modern prototypes will deliver intense battles lap after lap.

The Saloon Cars & GT Classic category will offer a true journey back in time. Featuring sports saloons and legendary GT cars, this grid will bring together iconic vehicles that have shaped the history of motorsport. Elegance, power and passion will all be part of a show that is as visually striking as it is competitive.

A popular, family-friendly and immersive event

Beyond the track, the Magny-Cours Racing Cup 2026 will offer a complete experience for all audiences.

In terms of entertainment, the whole family will be able to enjoy a varied programme. Children will notably find Wheelyland, a fun area with inflatable courses, mini-trucks, radio-controlled trucks, wooden games and many other activities. Visitors will also have the chance to meet Wheely, the official mascot of the FFSA French Truck Racing Championship.

The world of trucks will be especially highlighted with an exhibition of more than 200 decorated trucks throughout the weekend. American-style, tuning, historic or customised vehicles — these exceptional trucks will offer a unique immersion into truck culture, blending passion, creativity and expertise.

The traditional decorated truck parades will be among the weekend’s major highlights, with two must-see moments:

  • Saturday, July 4 at 6:40 p.m.

  • Sunday, July 5 at 12:05 p.m.

An open-air professional exhibition

The Magny-Cours Racing Cup 2026 will also be a meeting place for road transport industry professionals.

At the heart of the event, a true open-air professional exhibition will bring together manufacturers, equipment suppliers, employment and training organisations, and companies from the sector. This gathering will provide an opportunity to discover the latest innovations in the industry, exchange with professionals and promote careers in transport.

By combining sporting spectacle, public entertainment and a professional area, the Magny-Cours Racing Cup stands out as a complete event — popular, immersive and unifying.
