ISACK HADJAR TO DRIVE THE WORLD CHAMPION RB7 AT THE 2026 KENNOL GRAND PRIX DE FRANCE HISTORIQUE

KEY TAKEAWAYS:

• Formula 1 driver Isack Hadjar will drive the Red Bull RB7 at the 2026 Kennol Grand Prix de France Historique at Circuit Paul Ricard.

• French legends such as Alain Prost and Jean Alesi will also be in attendance.

• A major moment for all F1 fans in France on May 9, 2026.

Isack Hadjar is the latest in a long line of French drivers to have made their mark on Formula 1 Grand Prix grids. On May 9, at Circuit Paul Ricard, he will take the wheel of the highly successful Red Bull Racing RB7 for a special demonstration at the 2026 Kennol Grand Prix de France Historique.

In 2011, the iconic RB7 completely dominated the season, claiming 12 victories, 11 of them with that year’s World Champion, Sebastian Vettel. Its appearance is as rare as it is eagerly anticipated, especially as French driver Isack Hadjar will be driving it in front of his home crowd in France, alongside legends such as Alain Prost, René Arnoux, Jean Alesi, Olivier Panis and Philippe Alliot.

Isack’s demonstration during the “Fast & Famous” event on Saturday, May 9, is part of Oracle Red Bull Racing’s presence at this year’s KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique. The programme will include entertainment, paddock appearances and meet-and-greet opportunities with team ambassadors.

Isack Hadjar, Oracle Red Bull Racing driver, said:

“I always look forward to driving in front of my home crowd, and doing so as an Oracle Red Bull Racing driver makes the moment even more special. Sharing the track with some of the greatest French F1 drivers will be a very powerful moment for me. The RB7 is such an iconic car, and driving it alongside legends of our sport whom I admired growing up feels like coming full circle. I can’t wait to put on a great show for the fans.”

The Kennol Grand Prix Historique is the only event in France to feature historic Formula 1 racing, bringing together nearly 225 race cars, including more than 60 Formula 1 cars spanning the period from the 1970s to the 2010s.
