The two Roadster Pro Cup races take place on Sunday. On Saturday, Laurent FRESNAIS was fastest in qualifying with a time of 1'47.078, just 30 thousandths of a second ahead of Eric HELARY.

UPDATE ON THE FRANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Among Saturday's winners, Julien PIAU, Matthieu MIDY, Antoine ROBERT and Philippe GANDINI were the best performers in the French Historic Circuit Championship. Winners of the Youngtimers GTI Cup, Formula Ford Kent Trophy, Formula Renault Classic Trophy and Maxi 1300 Series respectively, as they had already done twice at Dijon-Prenois, the three men ended the day with their unbeaten record intact. Frédéric LAJOUX, who was beaten (just) in the F3 Classic, has now lost that status. 

THEY SAID

Matthieu MIDY, winner of the Formula Ford Kent: Same scenario as in Dijon, but I was lucky enough to have had a battle between Gislain GENECAND and Arnaud DOUSSE, which allowed me to open up a gap and manage my race. 

Philippe GANDINI, winner of the Maxi 1300 Series: I'm happy to have made it a hat-trick and to be leading the GT/Tourisme Pré 90 championship, as well as having a great battle on track with the Lotus Elans. 

Julien PIAU, winner of the Youngtimers GTI Cup: A very good race, a great, intense battle despite gearbox problems due to the heat. It was a real pleasure to be there with such a super organisation!

200 km Historic Tour: 

This season's 200km takes on a new dimension with the creation of the new French Historic Endurance Championship. The format remains unchanged: 1 hour 30 minutes of racing with two compulsory 2.30-minute stops for refuelling and driver changes - or not, as some crews, such as cars 73 and 43, which finished second and third respectively, had a single driver on board.
